Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Windsor, UK, seeks a Hotel Performance Support Manager to drive hotel performance across Europe, IMEA and EAPAC, partnering with General Managers and leadership teams to improve guest satisfaction and operational standards.

You will consult with hotel leaders, analyze performance data, and develop tailored strategies to raise metrics, with fluency in Italian, Spanish or Portuguese preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent hospitality experience in hotel operations, training and/or commercial functions.
• Strong hotel operations background, ideally in a management or senior department leadership role.
• International hotel brand operations or commercial experience.
• Experience working across multiple hotels, projects or business priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence and consult with senior stakeholders, including General Managers and owners.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Fluency in Italian, Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
• Self-motivated, performance-oriented and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Support the performance improvement of an assigned portfolio of hotels through tailored service strategies and performance plans.
• Facilitate virtual consulting sessions with General Managers and leadership teams.
• Analyse hotel performance data to identify opportunities, strengths and areas for improvement.
• Develop SMART action plans to improve operational and commercial performance.
• Promote the adoption of IHG tools, best practices, standards and initiatives.
• Support hotel teams with performance-impacting operational challenges.
• Build strong relationships with hotel leaders, Field Operations teams and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Field Operations leaders to align support activities with business priorities.
• Support newly opened hotels in achieving successful ramp-up and operational success.
• Introduce and educate new General Managers on IHG tools, processes and performance metrics.
