Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Senior Director, Brand Performance Support EMEA to lead the regional BPS function and partner with Hilton’s EMEA hotel, franchise, operations, commercial, brand, and owner-facing teams to translate brand priorities into practical, measurable actions that elevate guest experience.

Qualifications

• Extensive hotel operations and/or brand management experience.
• Proven senior leadership of dispersed teams across geographies.
• Ability to translate data and insights into practical actions for hotels and owners.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction and annual operating plan for Brand Performance Support across EMEA.
• Lead and develop BPS Directors, Senior Managers and Managers.
• Ensure an effective support model for Franchise and Managed hotels with clear SLAs.
• Translate regional priorities into hotel actions across Stay Score, RSI, Hilton Honors and guest messaging.
• Lead proactive performance management using hotel and guest data to identify opportunities.
• Oversee executive consultations, forums, and webinars to build capability and drive results.
• Own governance of the Brand Support Centre Hub and self-service resources.
• Drive digital tools, AI-enabled insights, and translation to improve messaging and support.
