Nurseplus is seeking an Internal Trainer to deliver engaging, high-quality training across our North East branches. The role covers induction, refresher courses and specialist workshops to ensure safe, person-centred care.

You will travel regionally between Newcastle upon Tyne, Durham and Hull, build strong relationships with branch teams, and maintain accurate training records while upholding regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in health and social care sector.
• Experience delivering training in regulated care environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver mandatory, induction, refresher and role-specific health and social care training.
• Create inclusive learning experiences for diverse learners.
• Assess learner knowledge and competence with constructive feedback.
