Regional Head of Cleaning
South East of England - Travel


You will take charge of delivering outstanding service standards and leading cleaning operations across multiple contracts.

Main Purpose of the Role:

  • Lead and manage regional cleaning operations with professionalism and efficiency
  • Ensure all contracts are delivered to a high standard and within budget
  • Drive operational excellence and service innovation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and manage cleaning services across public and private sector contracts
  • Analyse Profit & Loss accounts and ensure financial targets are met
  • Provide accurate financial forecasting and reporting
  • Lead and develop regional management teams
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure service meets contractual terms
  • Support contract renewals, amendments, and future planning
  • Drive business growth through new opportunities and tenders
  • Oversee TUPE processes in partnership with HR
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, training, and health & safety standards

Required Experience:

  • Senior management experience, ideally in cleaning or a similar service industry
  • Proven track record in stakeholder and customer relationship management
  • Experience working across a diverse range of contracts

  • Financially astute with budgeting and P&L experience
  • Effective multi-site and team management
