Job summary

Environment Bank Ltd. is seeking a Habitat delivery specialist to plan and deliver habitat creation and enhancement projects across the Leicester region. You will work with ecologists and land managers to ensure on-time delivery, within budget, and compliant with safety and quality standards.

The role requires experience in habitat creation/restoration, collaboration with farmers and contractors, and the ability to travel regionally within the UK. Hybrid working options are available.

Qualifications

• Educated to a degree level
• Knowledge of habitat creation/restoration and management
• Track record delivering nature recovery projects
• Experience working within budget and timeframes
• Experience working with farmers/landowners in a professional capacity
• Experience working with contractors

Responsibilities

• Deliver habitat creation and enhancement projects on time and within budget.
• Plan with ecologists and land managers to design and implement habitats.
• Review ecology designs and draft management plans for habitat banks.
• Coordinate with contractors on site and monitor KPIs.
• Prepare activity schedules and procurement specifications for materials.
• Support regional delivery across the habitat network.
