Job summary

OneSchool Global UK is seeking a Senior Regional Head of Workplace Health & Safety to lead health, safety and fire safety strategy across 23 campuses and our Regional Support Office. This senior role reports to the Regional Director of Operations and provides strategic oversight, assurance and governance for the UK region.

Qualifications

• Experience leading health and safety at a regional or multi-site level.
• Ability to interpret legislation and translate it into practical solutions.
• Experience delivering audits, assurance and compliance programmes.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills using data to drive decisions.
• Chartered IOSH status or active progress towards it.

Responsibilities

• Lead workplace health, safety and fire governance across the UK region.
• Maintain statutory and regulatory compliance across all campuses.
• Develop and implement policies, standards and management systems.
• Drive risk management, assurance and audit activity.
• Lead incident investigations and organisational learning.
• Support emergency preparedness and business continuity planning.
• Oversee contractor and project safety arrangements.
• Provide expert advice to senior stakeholders.
• Use data and insight to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement in health, safety and fire performance.
