Job summary

Cool Motion UK is seeking three Regional Growth Managers to drive profitable refrigerated vehicle rental across the North, Midlands and South. This hands-on sales role covers the full journey from identifying opportunities to closing deals, with travel across your region and regular visits to our Leicester head office.

Qualifications

• Proven record of winning profitable business in vehicle rental, leasing or contract hire.
• Experience managing the full sales process, from prospecting through to negotiation and closing.
• Willing to travel regularly across territory.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a clear sales plan for your territory.
• Identify, approach and win new customers across sectors including food production, distribution, retail, catering and pharmaceuticals.
• Understand customers’ operating requirements and propose suitable rental solutions.
• Build relationships with business owners, fleet managers, procurement teams and operational decision-makers.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements and secure profitable business within pricing and credit parameters.
• Develop existing accounts and support renewals.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline, customer records and sales forecasts.
• Coordinate with fleet, operations and accounts to ensure commitments and onboarding.
• Share market insight and customer feedback to improve our offering.
• Represent Cool Motion UK at customer meetings and industry events.
