Job summary

IDEX Consulting is seeking a growth-focused practitioner to join a fast-growing wealth management group. You will sit alongside Planning Directors and Heads of Advice, turning growth ambitions into clear regional commercial plans with defined priorities, measures and owners.

You will identify opportunities from MI, build routines to convert them into revenue, and influence regional leaders to drive action without centralized micromanagement.

Qualifications

• Led growth, distribution or sales within wealth management or financial planning and built commercial plans that worked across multiple sites or regions.
• Able to identify opportunities from MI and translate them into actions.
• Comfortable influencing regional leaders and driving action without central direction.

Responsibilities

• Sit alongside Financial Planning Directors and Heads of Advice, turning growth aims into clear regional plans with priorities, measures and owners.
• Identify where opportunities sit (adviser productivity, conversion, client opportunities, referrals or organic growth) and build routines to turn them into revenue.
• Create the commercial habits behind sustainable growth: reviews, MI, playbooks and accountability for regional teams.
• Track what works to ensure successful ideas travel and poor ones are not repeated.
