IDEX Consulting Ltd is recruiting a Development Executive in the North of England, based from Manchester. You will focus on winning new business, building a healthy pipeline, and working with in-house teams to convert opportunities in the SME and mid-market insurance space.

You will join a fast-growing brokerage supported by a robust infrastructure, with hybrid working and a clear path to growth as the business expands across the North.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a new business developer in insurance.
• Able to operate in £10k+ premium space (SME to mid-market).
• Comfortable building relationships from scratch and winning opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert new business opportunities (£10k+ premiums).
• Build and manage a sales pipeline through networking and insurer relationships.
• Leverage in-house marketing, data and lead-generation support to close deals.
