• Lead operational and support teams to deliver high performance.
• Ensure strong support for Financial Planners and client service standards.
• Drive efficiency by improving processes and ways of working.
• Develop a high-performance culture with clear accountability.
• Manage performance through regular 1:1s and appraisals.
• Support recruitment and succession planning for the team.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align operations with growth strategy.
• Maintain robust, compliant processes focused on clients.
