Job summary

GAP Group Ltd. is seeking a Regional Generator Engineer based at the Warrington depot to service and maintain a range of Power equipment up to 500KVA. You will attend customer site breakdowns and work in the workshop, ensuring accurate service records and timely interventions.

Key requirements include proven diesel generator experience and strong attention to detail. A driving licence is preferred but not essential, with the role located in Warrington, North West England.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within a Diesel Generator Engineer role is essential.
• Sound knowledge of diesel engines and generators is desirable, training will be provided on specialist equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
• Customer-focused workload approach; team player.
• Valid driving licence preferable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain equipment in the workshop and attend breakdowns on customer sites.
• Update service records accurately for all work performed.
• Work with Stage V Generators, AMF/MDU and distribution & cable equipment as required.
• Role based at the Warrington depot and candidates should be suitably located.
