Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced retail, hospitality, leisure or QSR environment.
• A passion for coaching, developing and motivating others to perform at their best.
• Strong people skills with the ability to build positive relationships across the team.
• A customer-first mindset, creating great experiences and responding quickly to customer needs.
• Confidence leading shifts and making decisions in a dynamic trading environment.
• Commercial awareness with an understanding of sales, labour, costs and operational performance.
• A hands-on leadership style, leading from the front and supporting the team whenever needed.
