Job summary

Cancer Research UK is seeking a Relationship Manager in the UK. This home-based role requires travel across the patch to maximise community engagement and support fundraising goals.

You will inspire and motivate supporters, develop a strong prospect pipeline, and work with the Business Development team to grow income. A driving licence and car access are required due to travel demands.

• Strong solution-focused approach to enable supporters to overcome challenges.

Responsibilities

• Inspire, develop and manage supporters to achieve their goals through tailored stewardship.
• Develop a prospect pipeline of opportunities and identify and cultivate leads; acquire new supporters with Business Development.
• Hit fundraising targets and KPIs for CRUK's life saving research.
• Support creation and delivery of strategies to build better, longer lasting relationships to increase long-term income.
• Build strong working relationships with wider department team to effectively develop transitioned supporters.
