Job summary

BRC Promotions is seeking energetic, field-based fundraisers to represent respected UK charities across a regional territory. You will travel to venues such as shopping centres and supermarkets, engaging the public with genuine conversations about causes that matter.

The role emphasizes ethical fundraising with no hard selling, offering both employed and self-employed options, a base salary or day rate plus OTEs. Training and ongoing coaching are provided to support development and progression.

Qualifications

• Confident, people-focused fundraisers and sales professionals preferred.
• Ability to engage diverse members of the public with empathy.
• Willingness to travel regionally and work in busy venues.

Responsibilities

• Travel across your regional territory (up to 60 miles from home) to venues.
• Set up at pre-booked, premium venues and speak directly with members of the public about causes.
• Explain how regular donations help life-changing work and inspire ongoing support.
• Represent charities in an ethical, values-led fundraising manner.
