Job summary

Blood Cancer UK is seeking a Regional Fundraising Manager to develop and lead the Regional Relationships Strategy, driving net income growth and supporter journeys across the region. You'll manage relationships with supporters, volunteers, and corporate partners, working with teams across Engagement to deliver fundraising activity and campaigns while ensuring compliance and best practice.

A full UK driving licence is required and regular regional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in regional fundraising and income growth.
• Ability to analyse performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Experience collaborating across teams to deliver fundraising initiatives.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the Regional Relationships Strategy to drive net income growth.
• Monitor the region’s budget and propose investments and business cases as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the Engagement Directorate to support objectives.
• Grow and sustain positive relationships with regional supporters and corporates.
• Engage regional supporters in fundraising activities to build the brand and convey key messages.
