Job summary

Action For Humanity is seeking a Regional Fundraising Manager for London. This remote-based role covers the London region with occasional travel to Manchester, focused on growing donor income and building supporter networks across multiple channels.

You will lead regional fundraising efforts, develop volunteer teams, and collaborate with marketing to craft donor materials, while delivering regular reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education preferred.
• Fundraising or sales certification beneficial.
• Track record of income generation in charity or sales.

Responsibilities

• Maximise fundraising income across channels including campaigns, partnerships, events, and major gifts.
• Cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals, companies and organisations.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual income targets.
• Build and develop volunteer fundraising teams across London.
• Provide regular donor reports and stewardship communications.
• Monitor regional progress against income targets and adjust activity.
• Represent AFH to donors and stakeholders at events.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and materials.
• Attend community events, mosque fundraising drives, and public engagements.
• Operate in line with fundraising policies and regulatory codes.
