Job summary

Savills is seeking a Senior Operations Support professional to provide regional operational and compliance assistance across Midlands & East Anglia. You will support Facilities Managers, maintain data integrity and ensure processes are followed, while acting as a regional system expert for key platforms.

The role requires strong administration, system knowledge and effective communication with senior stakeholders, and includes coordinating team meetings and reporting across the FM network.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration.
• Experience working with compliance or statutory documentation.
• Experience working with operational systems or databases.
• Data input experience.
• Proficient in a full range of Microsoft applications inc. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access Outlook.
• Experience of dealing with senior level staff confidently with excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support and guidance to the Facilities Management team.
• Act as regional super-user for operational systems and resolve issues as they occur.
• Coordinate quarterly team meetings and manage agendas, travel and minutes.
• Maintain user guidance notes and training materials.
• Validate data and assist national reporting initiatives.
• Assist monitoring of supplier performance and service levels.
• Assist with setting up new starters and ensuring systems access.
• Produce regional operational reporting required.
