Job summary

Facilitate Search Ltd is seeking an experienced Regional FM Manager (Hard FM) to oversee hard FM delivery across a retail portfolio in the Home Counties. You will lead mobile engineers, ensure statutory compliance, and drive service excellence across multiple sites.

The role requires strong knowledge of M&E building services, leadership of engineering teams, and a commercial mindset to manage budgets and performance. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering hard FM across multi-site portfolios.
• Strong understanding of M&E building services.
• Experience leading engineering teams in retail/commercial environments.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance, PPM delivery and CAFM systems.
• Commercial awareness with budget and performance management.

Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for leading a team of mobile engineers, ensuring statutory compliance, delivering exceptional service levels, and building strong client relationships across a multi-site portfolio.
