Job summary

Trinity Fire & Security is seeking an experienced Service Engineer to service and maintain a wide range of fire and security systems across our commercial clients. You’ll be supported by Service Coordinators and Technical Specialists to deliver high engineering standards.

The role offers regional coverage to reduce travel, uncapped earning potential with overtime and call-out payments, plus ongoing manufacturer training and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience servicing and maintaining fire alarm and/or electronic security systems.
• Strong fault-finding, diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of British Standards and industry requirements.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive service visits on fire and security systems.
• Diagnose faults and deliver effective, compliant solutions.
• Complete minor remedial works and small-scale installations.
• Provide professional technical advice and updates to customers.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with relevant standards and company procedures.
