Job summary

Trinity Fire & Security Systems Ltd in Central London is seeking an experienced Service Engineer to service and maintain fire and security systems across commercial clients, delivering compliant, high-quality engineering support.

You will carry out planned maintenance, diagnose faults, and provide professional advice while enjoying a competitive package with an uncapped earning potential, paid overtime, a £4,000 sign-on bonus and ongoing industry training.

Qualifications

• Proven experience servicing and maintaining fire alarm and/or electronic security systems.
• Strong fault-finding, diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of relevant British Standards and industry requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional approach to customer service.
• A strong technical understanding, with a focus on electrical safety.
• The ability to work independently, manage service responsibilities and maintain high engineering standards.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive service visits on fire and security systems.
• Diagnose faults and deliver effective, compliant solutions.
• Complete minor remedial works and small-scale installations.
• Provide professional technical advice and updates to customers.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with relevant standards and company procedures.
