Job summary

Evolve Personnel is seeking a Regional Finance Director to lead financial management across the region, overseeing performance, reporting, controls and strategy. You will work with regional leaders and senior stakeholders to strengthen financial planning, reporting and control.

You will lead, coach and develop finance teams across multiple locations, align processes across sites and embed best practice, while developing the regional financial strategy and robust governance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading finance transformation programmes, including restructures, process optimisation and the implementation of technology driven automation solutions.
• Senior finance leadership within a multi site organisation.
• Extensive budgeting, forecasting and financial planning experience.
• Experience managing complex financial operations and change initiatives.
• Strong commercial experience.
• Experience with ERP implementation and business transformation projects.
• Leadership skills, sound judgement and the ability to communicate financial information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial accounting, reporting and forecasting across regional operations.
• Lead, coach and develop finance teams across multiple locations, align processes across sites and embed best practice.
• Develop and implement the regional financial strategy.
• Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast.
• Develop, coach and lead the finance team across multiple locations, working collaboratively with colleagues across the business.
• Ensure a robust system of internal controls and finance governance.
• Lead audits and manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors and regulatory bodies.
• Identify and mitigate financial and commercial risks.
• Support finance teams during peak workloads and critical reporting periods.
