Job summary

Solera is seeking a UK & GSA Financial Controller based in London to lead regional financial operations across the UK, South Africa, France, Finland and GSA countries. The role involves managing a team, ensuring statutory compliance, and delivering streamlined financial reporting.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
• Strong technical accounting and tax skills required
• Experience overseeing remote teams and multiple entities
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related finance systems

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage financial activities for UK and GSA regions
• Oversee a team based in India with daily calls and reporting
• Ensure timely delivery of R2R processes and statutory filings
• Drive standardisation of processes and automation initiatives
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities
• Support treasury, intercompany, and cash management activities
