Job summary

You will lead a small finance team, ensure strong governance, and support management decisions with robust financial analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• At least three years' experience at Finance Manager or equivalent level.
• Previous experience within a multinational organisation
• Professional accountancy qualification
• Degree or equivalent finance/accounting background
• Strong GL accounting knowledge
• Experience across tax, costing, AP, AR and financial reporting
• Strong ERP systems experience
• Advanced Excel capability
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good understanding of UK GAAP / FRS 102.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts
• Produce budgets and financial forecasts
• Prepare cost-centre reporting
• Manage annual audits
• Support tax filings and statutory accounts
• Manage cash and treasury activity
• Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Maintain accurate financial ledgers
• Ensure compliance with UK GAAP / FRS 102
• Maintain effective internal financial controls
• Support ERP finance systems
• Lead and develop junior finance colleagues
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to management

Are you an experienced Finance Manager or Financial Controller looking for a senior finance position within an international business?

We are recruiting for an Area Finance Controller to take responsibility for financial reporting, controls, compliance, budgeting and team leadership within a multinational environment.
