Job summary

Polypipe Building Products, part of the Genuit Group, is seeking a Field Sales Manager to drive regional growth across the patch areas. You’ll cultivate specification opportunities with developers and contractors and build partnerships with regional merchants.

You will balance account development with frontline sales execution, covering patch areas and travelling to sites. A full driving licence and strong negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with targets.
• Ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels.
• Ability to analyse data and provide solutions.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and convert specification opportunities across developers, housing, authorities and contractors.
• Build relationships with key decision makers incl. technical and procurement teams.
• Track and win project-based opportunities using CRM and planning tools.
• Ensure full product range is positioned at on-plot and off-plot stages.
