Job summary

Genuit Group, via Polypipe Building Services, seeks a sales professional to sell the PBS product range into the South East England commercial market. The role is project focused with cradle-to-grave opportunity management on large builds.

You will engage with M&E contractors, engineers and local authorities, manage terms, present to groups, and travel as needed. This remote-enabled role offers a bonus, company car, 25 days holiday and pension benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven track record on large scale commercial projects.
• Able to discuss technical topics with stakeholders at all levels.
• Understanding of project stages and decision processes in commercial construction.
• Full driving licence required; travel involved.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expected conversion rates on assigned projects in cradle-to-grave collaboration with the sales team.
• Liaise with key stakeholders on new projects and document progress in CRM.
• Plan diaries effectively and manage contractor terms with regular reviews.
• Provide first-line technical dialogue to customers and handle objections.
• Respond to inquiries promptly to deliver excellent customer service.
• Report weekly on CRM activity and identify growth opportunities.
• Represent the business at events and support site delivery and training.
• Own delivery and supply of projects by coordinating with operations.
