Job summary

Catering is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead field-based sales across the Southampton to Chichester region. You will build relationships with customers, promote our brand and products, and help stores grow footfall and turnover.

This permanent role demands a proactive, customer-focused approach, with a strong track record in sales and the ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams. Monday to Friday, covering the designated regional area.

Qualifications

• UK driver's license is required.
• Proven experience in field sales, regional sales or business development.
• Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites across the region to build relationships through regular face-to-face engagement.
• Promote the brand, products, catalogs and current promotions.
• Encourage customers to visit local trade stores to increase footfall and sales.
• Support smaller and developing customer accounts and identify opportunities for growth.
• Work towards regional sales and turnover targets and assist stores in achieving monthly goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and refer prospects to the Business Development team for qualification.
• Engage with prospective customers to maximise opportunities within the region.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely responses and follow-ups to customer inquiries.
