Talent Sure Recruitment Limited seeks a Field Sales Coordinator to cover Oxford and surrounding regions. The role is home-based with regular field travel, requiring strong presentation and relationship-building skills.

You will develop regional relationships, arrange meetings, and deliver information sessions while supporting individuals and families throughout their journey. A confident communicator with a background in teaching or youth work is ideal.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable addressing groups.
• Experience in education, teaching or youth work is advantageous.
• Ability to manage own diary and travel independently.

Responsabilités

• Develop relationships across your region and arrange meetings.
• Attend meetings and deliver engaging presentations and information sessions.
• Provide ongoing support to individuals and families through their journey.
• Visit organisations, speak to groups, and adapt approach to audiences.
• Manage diary and regional travel while meeting targets.
• Keep accurate records and follow up with contacts.
• Represent the organisation professionally at all times.
