Job summary

National Grid Electricity Distribution seeks a Team Leader in Weston-super-Mare for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will lead a Craft team, ensuring safe, compliant operations, efficient scheduling and performance management while supporting development and authorisations across the region.

You must hold a full UK driving license and be able to live within about 60 minutes of the depot. Salary starts at £45,492 and rises to £49,369 after training.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading and developing a team in field operations.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and incident prevention.
• Experience in coordinating programs of work and managing performance on a 1:1 basis.
