Job summary

BRC Promotions is seeking energetic, field-based fundraisers to represent respected UK charities across a regional territory. You will travel to venues such as shopping centres and supermarkets, engaging the public with genuine conversations about causes that matter.

The role emphasizes ethical fundraising with no hard selling, offering both employed and self-employed options, a base salary or day rate plus OTEs. Training and ongoing coaching are provided to support development and progression.

Location: Regional - field based (travel up to 60 miles from your home postcode)

Package: Options for self-employed and employed. Basic salary/day rate and OTE's from £50,000 - £60,000

This is a hands-on, face-to-face role where no two days are the same. One day you might be in a busy shopping centre, the next at a local supermarket or store - always out in the field, always engaging with the public.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be travelling across your regional territory (up to 60 miles from your home postcode), setting up at pre-booked, premium venues and speaking directly with members of the public about causes people genuinely care about.

You’ll represent charities such as:
