Job summary

Charity Link is recruiting Field Sales Executives to represent recognised charities across high-footfall venues, shopping centres, supermarkets and events. You will engage with the public, promote monthly donations or sponsorships and drive long-term support for important causes.

The role offers a guaranteed £26,400 basic salary with uncapped bonuses and realistic OTE £45,000–£55,000+ and weekly pay. Training and progression are emphasised in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales or charity fundraising is preferred but not essential.
• Able to engage with the public and sign up donors or sponsors.
• Willingness to work at high-footfall venues, shopping centres and events.

Responsibilities

• Engage with the public to sign up for regular monthly donations or sponsorships.
• Represent charities at venues, driving long-term fundraising support.
• Meet targets in a fast-paced, highly interactive environment.
