Job summary

Boden Group are partnering with a leading residential property management business to recruit a Regional Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-quality residential developments across the South West and South Wales. This role is home-based with regular site visits.

You will lead five developments in Bristol, Bath, Cardiff and Southampton, manage Building Services Managers, oversee maintenance and compliance, and support new site mobilisation to ensure exceptional resident experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-site or regional FM, ideally within Build to Rent or residential environments.
• Strong knowledge of building services, M&E maintenance and statutory compliance.
• Proven experience leading teams, managing contractors and overseeing service delivery.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and supplier relationships.
• Proactive, personable leader who understands FM and resident service goes hand in hand.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Facilities Management operations across a regional portfolio of residential developments.
• Lead, support and develop site-based Building Services Managers, ensuring consistent standards across the region.
• Manage statutory compliance, Health & Safety, planned and reactive maintenance and building performance.
• Oversee contractors, service partners, asset management and maintenance programmes.
• Support the mobilisation of new developments, ensuring smooth handovers and operational readiness.
• Manage regional budgets, supplier performance and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Work closely with site teams and senior stakeholders to deliver excellent resident experiences.

Boden Group are partnering with a leading residential property management business to recruit a Regional Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-quality residential developments across the South West and South Wales.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced FM professional who enjoys combining technical building management with people leadership, customer experience and operational improvement.

You’ll oversee five residential developments across Bristol, Bath, Cardiff and Southampton, including a newly mobilised site that will benefit from additional attention and support.

The Role

• Oversee Facilities Management operations across a regional portfolio of residential developments.
• Lead, support and develop site-based Building Services Managers, ensuring consistent standards across the region.
• Manage statutory compliance, Health & Safety, planned and reactive maintenance and building performance.

What We're Looking For

• A proactive, personable leader who understands that excellent FM goes hand in hand with excellent customer service.
• Ideally based within reasonable travelling distance of the portfolio.

• Home-based flexibility, with planned visits to each development approximately every 3–4 weeks, plus additional visits when required.
