Job summary

Urbanbubble Ltd is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to support our Build to Rent portfolio across Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds and outer London. You’ll work with Starlight and Urbanbubble to deliver exceptional facilities management, resident experience, and mobilisation of new assets.

Key focus includes leading regional FM delivery, compliance, and HSE oversight, while managing spend and supplier relationships. A dynamic, collaborative environment awaits with strong career opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a regional FM role in Residential/Hotels.
• M&E planning with a focus on statutory compliance.
• Team supervisory experience.
• Supply chain governance.
• Budget planning and forecasting of £8m+.
• Planning Project Qualifications.
• BIFM level 4.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; training on in-house systems will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Ensure FM objectives are completed on time in line with customer standards and SLA’s.
• Maintain a proactive, solution-driven team ethic.
• Provide quarterly reports showing regional performance, objectives and trends.
• Oversee HSE inspections and regional maintenance programmes.
• Control regional spend in line with annual budget.
• Collaborate with the commercial team for value and spend analysis.
• Manage regional supplier resources and contracts.
• Model the company values and behaviours across the org.

Job description

We’re searching for an incredible Regional Facilities Manager to join the team to support our incredible Build to Rent portfolio acrossManchester, Liverpool, Leeds, outer London!

We’ve partnered with Starlight to operate their developments, and we’re now looking for a Regional Facilities Managerto bring them to life!

This role will be employed by Starlight, with urbanbubble responsible for the day-to-day operations, team, and resident experience. You’ll work closely with both teams - getting the best of urbanbubble’s culture and ways of working, alongside the opportunity to shape something new with Starlight.

You willbe responsible for the regional delivery of FM services to all developmentsunder management, alongside onboarding and mobilisation of new assets inconjunction with other departments and key stakeholders.

What will you do?

• Ensure that all FM related objectives are completed in a timely way in accordance with customer standards and SLA’s
• Ensure the team maintain a proactive solution driven work ethic
• Provide quarterly reports showing regional performance measurement, objectives and trends
• Oversee the timetable and completion of all HSE inspections
• Oversee the compliance of regional planned maintenance works on
• Control regional operating spend in line with annual budget
• Work closely with the commercial team to achieve best possible value, assist with all projected spend analysis
• Manage regional supplier resources to ensure service contracts are in place,
• To act as a role model for the values and key behaviours across the organization.
• Work closely with the mobilisation team throughout the go live planning and subsequent recruitment of staff

• Proven experience in a regional FM role in Residential/Hotels

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook as well as other systems such as databases or booking systems, (training on in house systems will be provided).
