Job summary

Bannatyne Group is seeking an experienced Regional Estates Manager to oversee the operational integrity of clubs across East and South-East England. This hands-on role includes managing maintenance, refurbishment, and compliance projects while fostering relationships with contractors.

The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in facilities management, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of health and safety standards to ensure the clubs remain safe and compliant.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in estates or facilities management.
• Strong technical knowledge of building maintenance and M&E system.
• Proven experience managing refurbishment or construction projects.
• Solid understanding of health and safety compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all planned and reactive maintenance, minimising downtime.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Lead refurbishment and renovation projects from concept to completion.
• Manage maintenance and project budgets, controlling costs.
• Build strong relationships with contractors and suppliers.
• Act as the point of contact for emergency maintenance issues.
• Support sustainability and energy-saving initiatives.
