Job Opportunity: Regional Facilities Contracts Manager

A UK leading, established, and award-winning M&E Contractor has a superb new opportunity for a Regional Facilities Contracts Manager based in their West Midlands offices.

This role offers full ownership and autonomy of the FM division, presenting significant opportunities for career growth and promotion.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Full P&L responsibility for the division.
  2. Executing existing works and contracts.
  3. Collaborating with other business sections to expand the FM offering.
  4. Managing all aspects of the business, including business development, hiring, subcontracting, and operational management.
  5. Providing FM support across healthcare, offices, data centres, warehousing, and other facilities, primarily focusing on hard services.
  6. Growing current sectors and expanding into new markets.
  7. Creating quotes and managing service delivery through direct employees and subcontractors.
  8. Adhering to all relevant standards across HVAC, generators, electrical services, fire protection, and more.
  9. Leading a team of facilities professionals and reporting to the UK Business Unit Director.
Candidate Profile

Seeking a candidate with a proven track record in managing and delivering hard facility services, with a clear understanding of pricing and service delivery.
