The Regional Facilities Contracts Manager is the owner of the FM business in the UK, with full P&L responsibility for the FM section of King & Moffatt UK. This role involves managing existing contracts and expanding the FM offering by collaborating with other company sections.
You will oversee all aspects of the business, from working with Business Development, hiring, subcontracting, to operational management, ensuring the achievement of desired margins. Currently, our FM support services include healthcare, offices, data centres, warehousing, and other facilities, primarily providing hard services. Growth into these and other sectors is expected.
As the Regional Facilities Contracts Manager, you will maintain existing client services and expand the business through partnerships with construction teams. You will create quotes for services delivered via direct employees and subcontractors. Ensuring adherence to all relevant standards across HVAC, generators, electrical services, fire protection, etc., is crucial.
You will drive the growth of the UK business, working closely with construction team leads to offer services to existing and new clients. You will lead a team of facilities professionals, reporting to the UK Business Unit Director, managing both the service offering and delivery.
