Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking an Experimentation Operations Coordinator to oversee market-specific and regional testing programs. You will ensure timely, accurate execution of experiments, manage data quality, and liaise between strategy and delivery across multiple markets.

Reporting to the Experimentation Lead, you’ll coordinate with regional marketing, product, and localisation teams, track timelines and ROI, and produce concise performance updates for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating market-specific experiments and growth initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with A/B testing concepts and ROI tracking.
• Excellent communication with regional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor market-specific experimentation roadmaps across regions.
• Prepare and deliver performance reports with regional insights.
• Coordinate with regional marketing, product, and localisation teams.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation using Jira/Asana.
• Ensure experiments are localised for target markets and delivered on time.
