Job summary

Key Health (Part of KTS Group) is seeking a Regional Estates Supervisor to oversee a regional estate portfolio, ensuring safe, compliant, well-maintained buildings for care and education services. You will work with service leaders, maintenance teams and estates colleagues to manage works, records and contractor activity across multiple sites.

This role requires strong coordination, communication and regional coverage.

Qualifications

• Property management experience within regulated environments preferred.
• Facilities or estates management background across multi-site portfolios.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff or coordinating contractors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Maintenance Technicians across the region.
• Manage work orders, planned works and estates records.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance and decorating programmes.
• Review fire and water safety actions and statutory inspections.
• Support budgets and capital works planning.
• Participate in regional on-call rota.
