Since 2012, Capita have been working in partnership with the British Army to deliver best in class recruitment services. The Recruiting Partnership Project (RPP) is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and selecting officers and soldiers for the Army (Regular and Reserve), meeting targets based around quantity, quality, and candidate experience.
The Estates Team ensures smooth operations by managing and regularly reviewing Estate Management practices. They ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations while protecting key assets-such as personnel, infrastructure, and information-so the business stays strong, adaptable, and competitive.
The role provides immediate and essential infrastructure management and HSE guidance, assistance and first line assurance to the RPP estate.
This is a field-based role with regular travel to sites within the North-West region of the UK, covering locations such as Carlisle, Manchester, Liverpool, Preston and Bangor.
