Job Profile

Fabulous opportunity at our Your Move branch in Lincoln as we are looking to recruit an experienced Valuation Manager on a full-time, permanent basis.

This branch is part of National Home Move, a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England, located in a highly profitable city centre location.

As a Valuation Manager working for Your Move, we are proud to offer:

• Competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) and Basic salary to be discussed depending on experience
• £4,000 per annum car allowance

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for growing and developing sales instructions within the branch by:

• Generating and conducting sales valuation appointments
• Winning and securing new instructions on properties to sell
• Business prospecting and proactive activity
• Extensive local market knowledge and networking
• Maximising branch income through cross-selling of services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
• Providing excellent customer service at all times

You should have experience working in estate agency, either as a Senior Negotiator seeking progression or as a Valuer looking for a bigger challenge, with experience in conducting sales valuations. This is an excellent opportunity for a tenacious and driven individual eager to make a significant impact on the branch's success.

A full UK driving license is essential.
