Job summary

Uber Eats is seeking a dynamic B2B Sales professional to secure partnerships with top restaurant chains in the UK. This role requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex relationships. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in B2B sales, particularly with enterprise clients. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and growth of new partners, while also driving strategic initiatives to meet and exceed sales targets.

The Role:

This role is all about hustle, strategy, and impact. You’ll be responsible for signing the toughest-to-win regional Enterprise accounts in the UK—think big-name brands with 10-25 locations that customers love. These partnerships don’t just add restaurants to Uber Eats; they shape how people eat in the UK!

We’re looking for someone who can self-prospect, build strong relationships, negotiate like a pro, and close win-win deals. You’ll collaborate closely with Commercial Leads and Account Managers to define your strategy and target list, making sure we bring the best of the best onto the platform.

What You'll Do:

  • Build game-changing partnerships – Use your prospecting and relationship management skills to navigate complex organizations and bring the UK’s top restaurant chains onto Uber Eats.
  • Own your pipeline – Forecast, track, and manage deals seamlessly using Salesforce CRM and internal tools.
  • Drive impact – Develop and execute an account strategy to hit (and exceed) monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Negotiate like a pro – Lead contract negotiations that set the stage for long-term success, ensuring win-win economics for both Uber Eats and our partners.
  • Seamless onboarding, seamless growth – Work with internal teams to launch and activate the best restaurant brands, making sure they hit the ground running.
  • Stay ahead of the game – Join team reviews and strategy sessions to keep the momentum going and push the business forward.
  • Be the Uber Eats ambassador – Represent our mission, brand, and product, making sure restaurants see the value we bring.
  • Turn insights into action – Gather, analyse, and share market feedback to continuously improve the Uber Eats experience for our restaurant partners.

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in 360 B2B Sales (working with Enterprise Clients)
  • Experience sourcing, negotiating and driving contracts to closure and proven track record of delivering targets.
  • Ability to fuse business, strategy, finance and legal concepts to lead complex, multifaceted deals
  • Ability to collaborate and work with a highly diverse set of internal and external partners
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Experience in technology or restaurant industry preferred
