Job summary

Savills is recruiting for a property management role in Greater London to implement and maintain systems for critical building infrastructure and to support occupiers with Mechanical, Electrical, Vertical Transportation and Public Health services. The role ensures compliance with health, safety and wellbeing requirements and manages service contracts across a busy portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management and service provider liaison.
• Knowledge of health and safety, water quality, lift inspections and related compliance.
• Understanding of building services such as M&E, BMS and enabling works.
• Ability to implement and monitor a Permit to Work system.
• Budgeting, cost control and reporting across service charges.

Responsibilities

• Organise and attend monthly meetings with service partners and monitor plant performance via BMS.
• Review contractor reports, KPI compliance, audits and inspections, ensuring statutory requirements are met.
• Provide day-to-day technical and operational support to the Building/Property Manager and occupiers.
• Manage energy conservation programmes and assist in annual energy audits and efficiency improvements.
• Oversee and document maintenance planning, budgets, contracts and supplier performance.
