Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking an Empty Homes Supervisor based in Bracknell with periodic travel across the South East and South West regions. The role focuses on end-to-end void refurbishment, coordinating in-house trades and subcontractors to ensure every home meets safety, quality and re-let standards before tenancy.

The role requires experience in social housing maintenance and a proactive approach to process improvement, with a UK driving licence and willingness to travel to multiple regional

Qualifications

• Strong background in social housing maintenance, void management or residential refurbishment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple void projects and coordinate trades.
• Decision-making skills with a solutions-focused mindset for on-site challenges.
• Passion for improving housing standards and tenant wellbeing.
• Willingness to travel between regional sites with a valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end refurbishment for empty properties to meet re-let standards.
• Direct and supervise in-house operatives and subcontractors for remedial works.
• Carry out pre- and post-void inspections for quality, safety and compliance.
• Identify operational efficiencies to reduce turnaround times while maintaining quality.
• Travel from Bracknell hub to regional offices/sites across London, Eastleigh, Yeovil, Slough and Langley.
