Job summary

CSL Seqirus is seeking a Regional Total Reward Analyst to support the Regional Sr. Manager – EMEA.

The role emphasizes English and German fluency, and covers health, risk, pension and wellbeing provisions, as well as compensation across multiple countries. You will partner with the Total Reward team to design, implement, administer and evaluate Total Rewards in a complex, multi-country EMEA environment, while ensuring governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in health and wellness programs, employee benefits or a related field.
• Fluency in English and German speaking highly preferred.
• Experience with Workday desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist in market trend analysis to keep reward structures competitive and equitable.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cost management with trend identification and cost-saving opportunities.
• Analyze benefit utilization, costs and outcomes; prepare reports, dashboards and insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with regional vendors, brokers and internal stakeholders for program rollouts and vendor management.
• Provide data-driven insights for hiring and retention decisions to position CSL as an employer of choice.
