CSL Behring is hiring a Senior Total Reward Analyst, EMEA (German Speaking) based in Maidenhead, Berkshire, South East, UK. This is a full time opportunity.

The Regional Total Reward Analyst will support the Regional Sr. Manager EMEA, with fluency in English and German, and will contribute to health, pension, wellbeing, compensation programs and regional harmonization initiatives. The Analyst will work closely with Total Reward teams across the region to drive consistency and excellence.

• Fluent in English and German.
• Strong organizational and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Sr. Manager EMEA on Total Reward programs.
• Manage health, pension, wellbeing offerings and compensation initiatives across the EMEA region.
• Lead regional harmonization initiatives and growth projects.
