Job summary

EQUANS, a Bouygues group company, is seeking a Regional Operations Manager for Embedded Energy in the UK. You will lead the region’s O&M discipline, drive safety, customer satisfaction and financial performance across multiple contracts, while aligning with the business plan and regulatory requirements.

You will shape the regional structure, oversee data quality and reporting, and partner with clients, suppliers and government bodies to deliver best-in-class energy solutions at scale.

Qualifications

Experience in Operations & Maintenance of Utility Plant including Generation Equipment.
Project engineering experience.
Strong leadership to balance financial, technical and people priorities.
commercially focused to drive profitability and growth.

Responsibilities

Develop efficient regional organisational structure with SLT input.
Monitor KPIs to improve efficiency, service quality and profitability.
Oversee contractor management and safety compliance.
Ensure accurate asset management and reporting.
Drive operational excellence in O&M solutions meeting standards.
Manage budgets, revenue forecasting and financial planning.
