Job summary
Andrews Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Mobile) to service multiple production sites across the Midlands. You’ll conduct planned and reactive electrical maintenance, fault finding, and drive improvements to keep production running.
This permanent, full-time regional mobile role offers a company van, overtime, a pension, and strong training with long-term career progression.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671).
- Experience fault finding on industrial electrical systems.
- Knowledge of motors, drives, PLC-controlled equipment and industrial control systems.
- Experience carrying out planned and reactive maintenance.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Responsibilities
- Planned and reactive electrical maintenance across sites.
- Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults.
- Working on motors, drives and industrial electrical equipment.
- Supporting continuous improvement projects.
- Carrying out inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Working with site operations and maintenance teams.
- Recording maintenance activities using a CMMS.
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with procedures.
