Job summary

Andrews Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a mobile regional role across Midlands. You will fault find, maintain and repair electrical equipment to maximise uptime across multiple sites, with a company van provided.

You'll work on motors, control panels, drives and PLC-controlled systems, perform planned and reactive maintenance, and record activities in a CMMS while upholding safety standards and contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671) qualification.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Experience with electrical maintenance in heavy industry.

Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive electrical maintenance.
• Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults.
• Working on motors, control panels, drives and industrial equipment.
• Carrying out inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Recording maintenance activities using a CMMS.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with procedures.
• Collaborating with site operations and maintenance teams.
