Hussmann seeks a proactive Regional Environmental Health & Safety Specialist to support safety programs across multiple locations and job sites in the region. You will promote a safety culture, drive regulatory compliance, coordinate training, and assist incident investigations to keep employees safe.

The role requires strong organization, effective collaboration with field operations, and the ability to travel up to 60% to support safety activities and assess compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, environmental health or related field with 7+ years EHS experience or 10+ years EHS.
• Proficient in Construction OSHA standards and workplace safety principles.
• Knowledge of workers' compensation and incident management processes.
• Ability to influence leaders and build relationships across all levels.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Implement and administer company EHS policies, procedures, and programs.
• Lead injury prevention, hazard identification and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure OSHA and local safety compliance.
• Maintain EHS documentation, records, and compliance files.
• Support fleet safety and field safety activities.
• Travel to locations and jobsites up to 60% to assess compliance.
