Job summary

Partou in Preston seeks an experienced Early Years Regional Quality Advisor to drive quality, curriculum excellence and Ofsted readiness across Lancashire nurseries. This field-based role involves regular travel and collaboration with Head of Early Years, Regional Managers and Nursery Managers to ensure exceptional early years education and care.

The role reports to the Head of Early Years and offers a salary of £45,000 plus £6,000 car allowance, with opportunities for professional development

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of EYFS framework and Ofsted inspection standards.
• Experience supporting multiple nurseries in field-based or advisory roles.
• Proven ability to coach senior leaders and drive quality improvements.

Responsibilities

• Champion quality, curriculum and EYFS compliance across Lancashire region.
• Lead quality improvement processes and action planning with nurseries.
• Support Nursery Managers to develop bespoke, high-quality curricula.
