Job description

Are you passionate about improving outcomes for children and supporting nursery teams to deliver outstanding early years education?

We're working with one of the UK's leading nursery providers to appoint several Early Childhood Specialists across London, South East and Home Counties as part of a significant investment into quality and pedagogy.

This isn't a compliance or desk-based role. It's an opportunity to be out in nurseries, working alongside leadership teams, coaching colleagues, driving best practice and making a genuine impact where it matters most.

The Role

As an Early Childhood Specialist, you'll support a portfolio of nurseries across your region, partnering with Nursery Managers and Regional Directors to:

  • Champion high-quality early years practice and pedagogy.
  • Coach and develop nursery leadership teams.
  • Support safeguarding, inclusion and regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare and support nurseries through Ofsted inspections.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement sustainable change.
  • Build strong relationships across your region, becoming a trusted quality partner.
About You

We're keen to hear from individuals who have:

  • Multi-site early years experience (essential).
  • A strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding.
  • Experience supporting, coaching or improving nursery teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A child-centred approach with the confidence to challenge where standards need improving.
  • A willingness to travel across a defined region.

If you're looking to influence quality across multiple settings and play a key role in shaping exceptional early years provision, I'd love to hear from you.
